These weather conditions are dry with no now or precipitation. Highs today should not get above mid twenties. A northwest wind is expected to pick up later in the day and bring in some clouds. The east coast is getting heavy snow falls. The northeast coast is getting some rain with mixed snow.

I believe the high pressure system will continue in the Eau Claire area for the next couple days bringing cold temperatures and mostly clear skies with no precipitation. I believe the high pressure system will move out towards the and of the week bringing back temperatures in the thirties.
