Today in Eau Claire it is warmer than it has been the past few days with temperatures in the upper thirties. This warm weather is due to the low pressure system moving into the area from the west. This can be seen below in the surface map in Figure 1. In the map it can also be seen that there should be some snow showers moving to the Eau Claire area later today or tomorrow. The Southeast wind is also helping by moving warmer air into the area.

The Eau Claire area is currently experiencing low pressure system weather conditions with cloudy skies and temperatures in the thirties. I expect this to continue for the rest of the day with increasing temperatures as the day continues. The 24-hour forecast map below in Figure 2 predicts snow to enter the Eau Claire area in the next 24-hours.
