The remainder of Saturday did continue the way that was previously predicted, with rainy thunderstorms at night. Rain totals for the storm were 0.18 inches. The storm was more of an electrical storm than a rain storm. In Figure 1 a flash of lightning from the storm can be seen. Sunday was hot with clear skies and a light breeze. Temperatures reached the mid seventies and it was the perfect day for the Eau Claire marathon.

I believe the weather conditions currently being experienced in Eau Claire will last for the rest of the day with increasing temperatures. Clouds are predicted to enter the sky this evening. Tuesday morning is expected to be still and sunny, but showers are predicted to arrive in Eau Claire in the late afternoon.
